Remedial & Sports Massage

Targeted, hands-on treatment that eases pain, restores movement, and helps you trust your body again. In addition, we assess what’s driving the tightness, treat what’s doing the guarding, and give you 1–2 simple between-session tips so results last.

  • What makes it different? Remedial sessions target specific tissues and patterns rather than following a set routine.
  • Techniques we may use (as needed): trigger point therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, PNF stretching and muscle stripping.
  • Good for: neck/shoulder or low-back pain, hip/hamstring tightness, tendinopathy, desk or training overload, and post-injury recovery.
One-on-One Stretching

One-on-One Stretching

You relax— we guide your joints and tissues through safe ranges so everything feels longer, lighter, and easier to move. Great before/after training, after long desk days, or anytime stiffness stacks up.

  • Why it helps: regular stretching keeps muscles flexible so joints keep their comfortable range of motion.
  • Expect: gentle, therapist-guided mobility with breathing cues and PNF-style holds where useful.

Relaxation / Swedish Massage

Relaxation / Swedish Massage

Unwind fully. Long, flowing strokes calm the nervous system, ease muscle tension, and leave you rested and reset. Ideal for stress, busy seasons, and better sleep.

  • Classic Swedish techniques: effleurage (long strokes), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic percussion), and gentle vibration.
  • Why it works: improves circulation, reduces muscle guarding, and promotes feel-good hormones (endorphins, serotonin and dopamine) while lowering stress chemistry.
  • Choose this when you want full-body ease without the ‘deep-work’ focus of remedial.
